Sunday Morning Worship Service

Everyone Welcome!

Everyone Welcome!

Worship Service is held at 10:15 am every Sunday.

Seating is unassigned – just make yourself at home!

We are handicapped friendly.

As you enter the sanctuary, you’ll find the bulletin available off to the right hand side on the table as you enter the sanctuary.  The bulletin contains the order of worship as well as notes on upcoming events and prayer concerns.

We sing hymns (usually three) from the hymnal that is located in front of you in the back of the seat in front of you. You’ll find the hymn numbers posted in your bulletin with the order of worship. (Note that these are the hymn numbers, not the page numbers.)

We participate in the Lord’s Supper (Communion) on the first Sunday of each month. The bread is served and held until the Deacons return to the front of the Sanctuary, when we take the bread in unison. The same steps are repeated for the juice.

We take one collection each Sunday, with the exception of Communion Sunday when we take a second collection for the Deacon’s Benevolence Fund. This fund is administered at the discretion of the deacons in order to address the needs of community members.

Closing the service, the crowd and congregation hold hands to sing and share the benediction (blessings from Pastor) to send off God’s people to share the “Good News” of Jesus Christ.

Following the service, Pastor Drake and Wife gather at the back of the sanctuary to meet and greet as many people as possible .

Our worship band and choir sings to the Lord during worship each Sunday. The choir is informal with a verity of instruments including a piano or organ accompaniment. Anyone can join at a moment’s notice! Singing in our worship band or choir is a joyful experience!
